About this role

The Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting leads technical accounting matters and external reporting activities, including the preparation of SEC filings like Forms 10-K and 10-Q. This role partners with cross-functional leaders on complex transactions, supports SOX compliance, and ensures the accounting implications of key business decisions are appropriately evaluated. The position plays a key role within the corporate accounting team to advance the company's financial reporting and governance standards.

Responsibilities

Manage quarterly and annual SEC reporting processes including Forms 10-Q and 10-K preparation
Lead technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
Manage SOX compliance programs and coordinate with external auditors for financial audits
