Manager, Technical Accounting & Policy

The Manager, Technical Accounting & Policy executes Versant’s technical accounting strategy and supports the development of consistent accounting policies. This role partners with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements while evaluating complex transactions. The position acts as a subject matter expert for key accounting areas and supports the implementation of new financial standards.
