About this role
The Manager, Technical Design Authority (TDA) leads a team of EMEA-based TDA engineers to ensure client solutions are designed and delivered in line with expectations and GTT values. The role serves as the primary technical design contact with sales engineering and aligns TDA activities with Service Delivery, Network Architecture, and regional teams. The manager also contributes hands-on to technical design work for select projects and acts as the escalation point for technical design issues.
