Manager, Technical Sourcing

The Manager, Technical Sourcing leads strategic sourcing activities for materials, technologies, and supply solutions supporting the product pipeline and next-generation technologies. This role is responsible for establishing sourcing solutions for new-to-West materials and suppliers, while serving as the operational owner of sourcing and supply risk management. The position requires cross-functional collaboration to develop competitive, scalable, and resilient supply strategies that optimize cost, quality, and service throughout the material life cycle.
