The Manager Technical Training acts as a catalyst for technical sales excellence by mastering advanced Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) and MIMO technologies. You will design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for the global sales force, ensuring they are equipped with the technical knowledge needed to win in the field. This role involves creating educational content, tracking skill proficiency, and coordinating logistics for in-person and field-based training sessions.

Responsibilities

Design and execute the global Sales Onboarding and Enablement Program
Lead technical training sessions on MN-MIMO theory and hardware specifications
Develop high-impact training materials including manuals and interactive decks
Track skill proficiency using a structured Skill Matrix system
Coordinate logistics for field demonstrations and post-onboarding mentoring
