Manager – Technology Resilience & DR Automation

The Manager – Technology Resilience & Automation leads automation, orchestration and continuous improvement of the organization’s technology and infrastructure resilience processes. The role focuses on improving the efficiency, reliability and effectiveness of disaster recovery operations through automation to ensure rapid recovery of critical systems and minimize downtime. The position partners with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security and business units to maintain compliance and business continuity. It also manages a team and drives DR strategy, testing and documentation across on-premise and cloud environments.
