About this role

The Manager, Technology Risk & Controls leads the Technology Risk and Cybersecurity Assurance function within Internal Controls at Oxford Properties. This role is accountable for establishing and operating the technology risk framework, overseeing IT General Controls, and driving timely remediation of risks and audit findings. As a trusted advisor, the manager partners with technology and business leadership to embed a strong control environment and enable risk-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of the Operational Technology Cybersecurity Framework
Oversee technology risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across systems
Ensure appropriate cybersecurity controls and ITGCs are designed and operating effectively
Deliver executive-level technology risk reporting and insights to senior leadership
Lead internal and external technology risk and cybersecurity audits
