The Manager, Thermal Control Systems will lead a small team of mechanical engineers to develop thermal and fluid systems for human-rated space habitats, focusing on artificial gravity and long-term habitation. The role includes ownership of system architecture, lifecycle development from design through on-orbit operation, and ensuring manufacturable, reliable hardware. The manager will also coordinate across teams, drive rapid prototyping and testing, and uphold safety and human-rated requirements.
