Manager, Total Rewards

The Manager, Total Rewards leads the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Nidec's U.S. benefits, leave, retirement, and wellness programs. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. The position serves as the functional leader for Total Rewards operations, driving process improvements and program effectiveness across the organization.
