Manager Trainee

The Manager Trainee position is responsible for learning to manage a small driver count and/or non-traditional shifts, ensuring the safe and timely movement of freight, load assignment, and best-in-class customer service. The role involves training to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and managing all drivers' compliance with company policies. The position requires working with internal and external contacts to plan, route, monitor, and deliver freight accurately.
