Manager, Training and Development

The Manager, Training and Development leads the day-to-day operation of the Training & Enablement function at SunStrong Management, a leading independent asset management and servicing platform for solar energy portfolios. This role designs and delivers training programs, manages the internal knowledge base and LMS, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational readiness for new systems, tools, and processes. The position involves building and leading a team, overseeing field-based technical training, and leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate content development.
