Manager (Training Operations)

The Manager (Training Operations) ensures that NACLI's campus remains a safe, well-maintained, and future-ready environment that enables effective community leadership training. The role manages day-to-day facilities operations, coordinates estate cyclical maintenance and upgrading projects, administers procurement activities in compliance with government guidelines, and maintains campus emergency preparedness and resilience. Through these efforts, the role provides the essential physical and operational infrastructure that underpins NACLI's mission as PA's capability development arm, enabling the Institute to consistently deliver quality training to staff, grassroots leaders, and community volunteers.
