Manager Transaction Management (On-site)

The Manager Transaction Management oversees Newrez/Shellpoint’s residential mortgage purchase, whole loan sale and securitization transactions, ensuring loans are acquired or sold and closed on time. The role coordinates complex processes across internal and external stakeholders, supports credit and compliance reviews, and provides recommendations for loan disposition. This position also manages a team member and builds relationships with sellers, investors, and vendors.
