About this role

The Clinic Nurse Manager at USC is accountable for the quality of patient care, operational efficiency, and personnel management for assigned outpatient clinic areas. The role provides clinical leadership and oversight to Medical Assistants, LVNs, and other clinical staff, serves as a primary contact for physicians, staff, patients and external departments, and acts as the primary competency validator and educator for clinical staff. The RN Manager may also provide direct outpatient nursing care when necessary and ensures care delivery aligns with professional and hospital standards.
