Manager, UK BNPL Consumer Growth

This role focuses on growing PayPal’s Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) adoption among UK consumers by driving acquisition, engagement, and retention for Pay Later and future BNPL offerings. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics and acts as the consumer advocate to ensure products and go-to-market strategies resonate with target audiences. It reports to the Director, UK BNPL Lead and is based in London on a hybrid working model.
