Responsibilities

• Lead and manage underground mining operations supporting the transition from open pit to block cave mining
• Oversee underground development and production activities, ensuring alignment with mine plans, schedules, and operational targets
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture across underground operations
• Drive operational performance by monitoring productivity, equipment utilization, and underground mine control systems
• Manage underground mining contractors, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project standards
