Manager, Utility Standards

This leadership position manages the Utility Standards organization, establishing and governing design, construction, and equipment standards to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of Portland General Electric's transmission and distribution system. The role provides strategic direction for standards development, technical governance, and implementation support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with operational needs and regulatory requirements. The position is responsible for advancing standardization, reducing operational risk, supporting grid modernization initiatives, and developing technical talent within the organization.
