About this role

The Manager, Validation & Verification leads validation and verification activities for medical device, software, and system-level product development programs. This role provides people leadership and technical direction to ensure test strategies and protocols meet product requirements, quality system procedures, and regulatory standards. The manager partners cross-functionally to plan and execute verification and validation work, resolve risks, and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Lead validation and verification activities for medical device and software product development programs
Manage and develop the Validation & Verification team through coaching and performance management
Establish V&V strategies and ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and IEC regulatory standards
