About this role

The Manager, Vendor Governance & Performance establishes an enterprise governance layer for the Print & Post vendor ecosystem, driving standardized specifications, performance frameworks, and consistency. This role partners with Procurement on vendor strategy, RFP readiness, and consolidation while standardizing materials, invoice formats, and data feeds to enable reconciliation and automation. The position focuses on monitoring cross-vendor performance trends, driving corrective actions, and identifying cost and efficiency improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Establish standardized vendor specifications and materials standardization programs
Develop vendor performance frameworks, scorecards, and QBR cadence
Standardize vendor invoice formats and data feeds for automation
