Manager, Volunteer Experience

The Manager, Volunteer Experience will drive the end-to-end volunteer journey for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, focusing on the operations and delivery at the Volunteer Experience Center. This role involves leading the Volunteer Support Crew, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing a comprehensive volunteer reward and recognition program. The position requires close collaboration with the wider Volunteer Program team to ensure volunteers are prepared and valued throughout their journey.
