Manager

ICMS is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee facilities-related contracts, driving modernization initiatives, operations and maintenance programs, and infrastructure improvements. This role serves as a key liaison between onsite management, corporate leadership, and government stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with federal regulations. The position requires strong expertise in facilities operations, project management, and federal contracting to manage multiple concurrent projects and support business development efforts.
