Manager

The Manager secures signed employer agreements with hiring commitments and convenes the Hub's employer advisory group to review curriculum and hiring forecasts. This role builds working relationships with union apprenticeship programs, contractor associations, and equity-eligible contractors to turn training into jobs. The position also involves arranging work-based learning placements and tracking job openings in solar, electrical, and charging work.
