Manager

The Manager secures signed employer agreements with hiring commitments and convenes the Hub's employer advisory group to review curriculum and hiring forecasts. This role builds working relationships with union apprenticeship programs, contractor associations, and equity-eligible contractors to facilitate work-based learning placements and track job openings in solar, electrical, and charging sectors. The position also coordinates employer contact with navigators and other programs to ensure streamlined engagement and reports employer commitments and placements to the Director.
