A role within the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) team focused on developing and operating the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program to improve identification and remediation of control issues and operational risk events. The position is based in Citi Solutions Center Poland and supports enhancement of control frameworks, reporting, and governance to ensure timely risk oversight. It is a full-time, hybrid role within the Controls Governance & Oversight group.
