About this role
An Officer in the Transformation Office drives organisation-wide transformation to strengthen service delivery, operational excellence, workforce sustainability and digital enablement across MPA. The role focuses on re-examining how work is designed and performed, partnering business units to align processes, roles, capabilities and culture with MPA’s transformation agenda and Whole-of-Government priorities. The officer helps translate strategy into practice to ensure transformation outcomes are sustainable and embedded.
