ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Hydrogeologist to lead impactful hydrogeologic investigations and remediation projects for a global sustainability leader. Based in Boston, this role involves planning and overseeing field data collection, synthesizing site characterization information, and developing conceptual site models to drive data-driven decision-making. The position requires bridging field execution and technical analysis to deliver innovative environmental solutions that protect human health and the environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee field data collection for unconsolidated media and fractured bedrock
Synthesize site characterization data to develop and refine conceptual site models
Execute and manage site investigation and remediation field programs
Communicate findings and identify data gaps to guide additional data collection
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes within budget and schedule

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in hydrogeology, geology, aqueous geochemistry, environmental engineering, or related fieldCurrent 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (preferred)
