This role serves as the founding leader of the AI Services practice, owning the end-to-end assessment portfolio for AI and data readiness diagnostics, maturity scoring, and roadmaps. The position involves originating and selling advisory opportunities, presenting findings to C-suite executives and boards, and building the advisory team. Success is measured by the delivery of assessment engagements, conversion to follow-on work, and the establishment of practice standards.
