Managing Director, Alumni Strategy

The Managing Director, Alumni Strategy leads a new approach to engaging and supporting approximately 1,100 alumni in the Nashville-Chattanooga region, building a continuum of engagement and professional growth from classroom teaching to school and systems leadership. The role involves creating trusted partnerships with alumni at every career stage, advancing the school leadership pathway, and developing a senior alumni engagement strategy to advance regional educational priorities. This position supports Teach For America's vision of providing excellent educational opportunities for all children by extending impact through the alumni network.
