Managing Director, Communications

The Managing Director, Communications leads the development and execution of the Bank's external and internal communications strategy to strengthen its visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This senior role advises the President and Executive Committee on communications strategy, crisis management, and organizational reputation while overseeing a large department and budget. The position requires extensive expertise in corporate communications, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire a diverse team in a complex, politically sensitive environment.
