Managing Director, Data & AI Governance

ATB Financial is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Managing Director, Data & AI Governance within the First Line of Defense Risk & Compliance function. This role is responsible for operationalizing and managing the enterprise Data and AI risk, compliance, and control frameworks to ensure data assets and AI capabilities comply with enterprise risk appetite and regulatory standards. The position involves overseeing data governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to financial regulatory guidelines, and embedding shift-left governance into the software development lifecycle.
