Managing Director, Interest Rates

The Managing Director, Interest Rates is responsible for developing and implementing the interest rate investment strategy to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns in support of HOOPP's Total Portfolio Approach. This role requires deep expertise in global fixed income markets, particularly Canadian interest rate markets, and involves portfolio construction, capital allocation, and investment strategy. The position also includes leading the development and growth of the Interest Rates business, mentoring investment professionals, and collaborating with senior investment leaders across various teams.
