Managing Director of Development

The Managing Director of Development will lead City Year Detroit's comprehensive fundraising, marketing, and communications strategy to ensure long‑term financial sustainability and visibility. Reporting to the Executive Director, this senior leader will oversee a development team, manage major gifts, corporate partnerships, grant writing, and special events, and engage the Board in fundraising efforts.
