The Managing Director of Student Support provides strategic leadership for all student support services across BRICK’s K–12 charter school network in Newark. The role focuses on ensuring equitable, compliant, and high-quality academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and college and career supports, particularly for students experiencing homelessness and those with elevated needs. This leader builds and refines systems, manages talent, and oversees compliance, operations, and partnerships to promote student well-being and postsecondary success. The position partners closely with school and network leaders as well as external organizations and families to sustain a holistic, cradle-to-career support ecosystem.
