Managing Director, Solution Architecture (M3)

The Managing Director, Solution Architecture leads the U.S. Solution Architecture team and guides major technology transformations from Blackbaud to Salesforce and Agresso to Oracle. This role partners with the Head of User Experience to strengthen architecture practices, develop the team, and align global platforms with U.S. fundraising and finance needs. The position serves as the U.S. Lead Technical Architect for Salesforce, ensuring critical CRM capabilities are maintained during the transition.
