Managing Director, Value Creation - Private Markets

OPTrust is seeking a Managing Director, Value Creation to lead the build-out of its newly established value creation function within the Private Markets team. This role involves partnering with deal teams and portfolio company leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic and operational value creation initiatives across a global portfolio. The position requires overseeing the development of value creation playbooks, managing transformation projects, and serving as a trusted advisor to portfolio company CEOs and boards.
