Managing Director

The Managing Director will serve as the senior-most leader of The Quoin, a luxury boutique hotel in Wilmington, Delaware, overseeing all operational areas including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and three food and beverage outlets. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for the property's financial performance, strategic planning, and brand stewardship, while acting as the primary representative to ownership, partners, and the community.
