Managing Director

The Managing Director will lead the company's day-to-day operations and drive the next stage of scale by tightening the control environment and accelerating compliant growth. This role involves upgrading the AML/KYC stack with automation, strengthening payments and FX operations, and guiding product governance. The position requires serving as the main contact for the Bank of Lithuania and key partners while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
