ERM is seeking a Managing Technical Consultant, Intermediate Hydrogeologist and Field Lead to lead groundwater field programs and deliver technical excellence for high-profile mining and oil & gas clients across Canada. This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and client engagement to support responsible water management throughout the full project lifecycle. The position involves mentoring teams, influencing project outcomes, and contributing to the growth of ERM's hydrogeology practice.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex groundwater field programs for mining and oil & gas clients
Supervise field teams and subcontractors while ensuring health and safety compliance
Analyze aquifer data and prepare technical reports and proposals for clients

Skills

Qualifications

B.Sc. in geoscience, hydrogeology, engineering, or related fieldE.I.T./G.I.T.P.Eng./P.Geo.
