Manufacturing Accelerated Leadership Scheme

The Manufacturing Accelerated Leadership Scheme (MALS) is a 3-year intensive program designed to prepare high-potential employees for careers as Manufacturing Senior Leaders within BAE Systems' Maritime Sector. The scheme offers three challenging 12-month business placements, targeted leadership development interventions, and close sponsorship from the Senior Leadership Team to build essential leadership, technical, and financial acumen. Participants will gain cross-functional experience and develop the attributes required to exit the scheme into a GG14 role upon successful completion.
