MANUFACTURING & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER- MOLDING

This role involves implementing improvements to the production system, reducing tooling costs, and coordinating engineering changes for plastic injection molds. The incumbent will collaborate with global experts to update operating standards, manage budgets for new tools, and ensure high-quality product production through process optimization and failure analysis. Key duties include supporting product development, managing engineering changes, and leading continuous improvement programs within a multidisciplinary team.
