Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering

This role involves supporting new product development projects by optimizing designs for manufacturability and assembly while driving excellence in existing manufacturing technologies. The position requires designing, developing, and qualifying tooling and processes to meet quality standards, as well as leading process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) and equipment acceptance testing. The engineer will collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and efficient project execution.
