Manufacturing and Process Lead

The Manufacturing and Process Lead will define and execute Canada Rocket Company's manufacturing strategy, overseeing material selection, fabrication methods, and the balance between in‑house production and supplier partnerships. This role collaborates across structures, propulsion, fluids, integration, and executive teams to ensure hardware is built reliably, at scale, and meets performance, schedule, and cost targets.
