The role involves optimizing manufacturing methods, leading design-for-manufacturability initiatives, and serving as a welding domain expert for project teams. This position requires collaboration with design, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient, scalable, and code-compliant manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and improve manufacturing processes using lean and Six Sigma principles
Lead Design for Manufacturability initiatives to improve producibility and part quality
Develop, optimize, and qualify weld processes across multiple methods including electron beam and laser beam
