Manufacturing Associate

This role is responsible for processing and pasteurizing raw and condensed products while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines. The position requires maintaining plant performance in safety, quality, and reliability while supporting the company's core values and high-performance work system principles. The associate will operate and maintain dairy production equipment, monitor production processes, and troubleshoot operational issues to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
