Manufacturing Controller Lead

Freshpet is seeking a Manufacturing Controller Lead to oversee finance and controllership across its manufacturing network, including plants in Pennsylvania and Texas and a co-manufacturing partner. This role owns cost of goods sold, inventory control, standard costing, and manufacturing budgeting and forecasting while leading the plant controllership team. The position reports to the Senior Director, FP&A and Manufacturing Finance and plays a central role in managing cost, gross margin, and performance.
