Paradromics is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Coordinator to organize daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production workflows. The role involves coordinating manufacturing schedules, resolving production issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to provide teams with necessary inventory, equipment, and information. This position also supports the rollout of process changes in partnership with Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Paradromics develops breakthrough brain–computer interface (BCI) technology to restore communication and independence for people with severe paralysis from ALS, stroke, and spinal cord injury. The company is building high‑bandwidth, implantable neural interfaces that combine advanced microelectronics, electrode arrays, and decoding software to translate brain signals into control of communication and assistive systems. Paradromics is focused on clinical translation—working with clinicians, running trials, and pursuing regulatory approval—to deliver safe, reliable neuroprosthetic solutions for patients who have lost voluntary motor control.
