Manufacturing Engineer / Assistant Manufacturing Engineer

This role supports the full product lifecycle from prototype to production by driving Design for Manufacturability, developing process documentation, and providing hands-on engineering support for cable assembly, wire harness, and box build products. The position involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver high-performance solutions while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting builds, optimizing processes, and coordinating first article builds and training.
