About this role

The Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op supports the development and optimization of manufacturing processes in a hands-on production environment. Over a 12-week program, the co-op collaborates with engineers and cross-functional teams to drive process improvement, data analysis, and the implementation of Lean and Industry 4.0 initiatives. This role provides aspiring engineers with real-world experience to apply classroom knowledge to practical challenges in modern manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Support development and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems
Conduct time studies, process mapping, and data collection for workflow improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify waste reduction and productivity opportunities

Skills
