About this role

As a Manufacturing Engineer at RTX, you will lead production support and process improvements for the Advanced Electronic Subsystem product line, including New Product Introduction and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues and ensure on-time, cost-effective hardware delivery while mentoring junior engineers.

Support production floor operations and manufacturing data package readiness
Drive resolution of production problems through root cause analysis
Conduct manufacturing reviews for new designs and concurrent engineering
Mentor and coach junior engineers on value stream processes
Capture lessons learned from current programs for future opportunities

Skills

Qualifications
