JENOPTIK
The Manufacturing Engineer II is a technical contributor to Operational Excellence, responsible for implementing and maintaining new and existing projects while driving post-launch continuous improvement. This role serves as a technical interface between Operations, R&D Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Systems Testing to enhance manufacturing productivity and reduce operational costs. The position supports launch readiness and sustaining production by owning process flows, nonconformance disposition, and structured problem-solving.
